Since our theme is about Healthy Diet in this article you will read about the things that we thought that we are doing it right but in reality it is wrong. It’s okay because that’s life, we think we are doing the right thing but in other person’s perspective you are doing something bad. There are sometimes that you think you are doing a healthy diet and your expecting that the outcome will be what you expected but this article will really change your view 180 degrees. This article will give you the bitter truth about “Drinking” cow’s milk, taking vitamins daily, carrot’s with its myths.
Let’s start with drinking cow’s milk. We all thought that drinking fresh milk and other milk that comes from cow is good for the body specifically to the bones. Well I’m sorry to tell you that it’s not true, why? First, logically the milk of the cow is for its child. There are nutrients intended only for the cow’s offspring and that nutrient can’t or hardly ingested by our body. At the age of four some humans lose the ability to digest lactose, the carbohydrate found in milk. This results to a problem called Lactose Intolerance. Some research and statements from doctors says that intake of Dairy increase the risks and leads to iron deficiency anemia, allergies, diarrhea, heart disease, colic, cramps, gastrointestinal bleeding, sinusitis, skin rashes, acne, increased frequency of colds and flus, arthritis, diabetes, ear infections, osteoporosis, asthma, Ovarian Cancer, autoimmune diseases, and more, possibly even lung cancer, multiple sclerosis and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. About the “Strengthening of the bones thingy” there are researches that can be a proof that it’s really not effective. According to a research done by an American Organization that people who drinks “Milk” frequently are more likely to have broken bones than those who seldom drinks. So according to the research, water is still the best beverage.
Now let’s move on to our next topic taking vitamins on a daily basis is really not that helpful in terms of keeping your body strong and healthy. We are easily fooled with those deceiving commercial that “guarantees” you a healthy body which in fact it can’t. There have been studies that taking vitamins daily is one of the causes of a serious disease. Let me explain it broadly, frankly speaking not all vitamins are effective, some are just for the main purpose of profit. And that’s the reason why it leads to some serious diseases. So the only way to prevent this is to choose the things specially vitamins on what to take, don’t be gullible to those deceiving commercial and before taking anything, ask a professional about it.
Carrots, those long orange root crop which is good for the eyes have some incredible myths about them. One myth is when you eat a large amount of carrots you will acquire night vision, fantastic right? But sorry to tell you that this myth is really not true. This myth started at the midst of the Second World War. The Government in United States made this story to serve as an excuse or a cover upon why the war air crafts can shoot on pitch black night. For the one who said that you are such a horrible person you just made us believe that we could attain that superpower. It’s true the carrots gives vitamins to our body especially to our eyes but not to extend that we can see in the dark. Remember also that cooked carrots are better than raw carrots because when you cook it, the vitamins will mostly enrich.
