AGE REQUIREMENT

PRE-SCHOOL:
•    Nursery – Must be 3 years old
•    Kindergarten – Must be 4 years old
•    Preparatory – Must be 5 years old

GRADERS:
•    ELEMENTARY  – Grade 1 to Grade 6
•    HIGH SCHOOL –  Junior High School (Grade 7 – 10); Senior High School (Grade 11 – 12)

FOREIGN STUDENTS REQUIREMENTS

1.    Notice of Acceptance containing a clear impression of the school official dry seal.
2.    Proof of adequate financial support to cover expenses for the student accommodation and subsistence as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.
3.    Scholastic record duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post, “Philippine Embassy” located in the student’s country of origin or legal residence.
4.    Quarantine medical examination by the National Quarantine Office.
5.    Copy of student’s personal history statement signed by the student with a 2×2 photograph recently taken.
6.    Photo copy of the photo data and stamp as the latest arrival pages of the Passport of the student. The passport itself shall be presented to this office for verification in case of alien students.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

•    Report Card or Form 138 (original copy) with eligibility to transfer signed by the principal
•    Photocopy of Birth Certificate
•    Certificate of Good Moral Conduct from either Principal, Guidance Counselor/Adviser
•    For foreigners: ACR and BID Study Permit
•    Latest 2 x 2 ID picture (2 copies)

a.    After the submission of all credentials, the applicant is scheduled for interview and entrance test,
b.    Qualified applicants are required to pay a reservation fee non-refundable, non-transferable. Failure to pay the reservation fee forfeits the applicant’s slot in the school

1.    Resident pupils are required to submit the Report Card upon enrolment.

2.    Other requirements:

•    List of books, school, regular and P.E. uniforms will be posted.
•    Lost of school cards/ID will be replaced only at the registrar’s Office. A letter of request and payment of replacement fee should accompany the request.

3.    Examinations:

•    Pupils are required to take all the prescribed quarterly examinations.
•    The parent/guardian of the student who failed to take any of the prescribed scheduled examination shall be required to explain in writing the reasons for the failure to take the exam to be addressed to the subject teacher.
•    Special examination may be given to students who failed to take the quarterly examination in duration of not more than one month depending on the illness or the recommendation of the doctor.
•    Additional fees will charge from the students who want to take the special examination.
•    The school strictly enforces a NO PERMIT, NO EXAM policy.
•    For the pre-school pupils, parents/guardians are not allowed to go inside the classroom to give assistance to their children.
•    Parents/guardians shall refrain from asking for results of the exam prior to the issuance of test papers.
