📢𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬!
Tomorrow, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲), is our 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲. Ballots will be distributed to your respective class advisers, and each class will be given 𝟓–𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 to cast their votes.
📅 𝐕𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞:
• Morning Session: 7:50 AM – 8:00 AM
• Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 1:10 PM
📌 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬:
• Stay inside your classroom during the voting period.
• Your class adviser will distribute the ballots and provide instructions.
• Read the instructions carefully before marking your ballot.
• Make sure to write your 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞 and affix your 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 at the bottom part of the ballot. Ballots without a name and signature will be considered 𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐃 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐁𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐃.
• Please avoid unnecessary markings or erasures on your ballot.
• Once the allotted time has ended, members of the 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 will visit each classroom to collect the completed ballots and place them in the official ballot box.
• Cast your vote within the given time. Your vote is your voice. Choose leaders who will serve with integrity, responsibility, and dedication.
